Humidor worked great. It’s been several months and it’s been working as expected. It smells great and is well made.

I am very happy with this humidor. It has kept my cigars at the correct temps and humidity levels. Living in Fl it's hard to keep humidly and temp levels close so this is a great help. There are a few things though that would make this bit a bit better. 1. The last strip of cedar on both ends of both shelves is spaced a bit too far away from the end which makes the last space a bit too wide and unless your cigar is a fat one they fall through the gap. The gap is wide enough for the cigars to fall all the way down to the basket, bummer. 2. The instructions states that you need to press the + key for 3 seconds to manually turn on the Ammonia removal and that it automatically runs every 12 hours for 30 minutes. I tried to turn this on, and I can't seem to get it to do so also, I've never seen it run once since I have been using it. The only time I saw the "O2" displayed is when I unplugged the unit and plugged it back in, I seen nothing since. Maybe someone could help me figure that out.

This unit had great reviews and I was excited to receive it. I am giving this review 5 Stars due to the amazing service I have received from VEVOR. The humidor did arrive a few days late but this was due to weather events. Once received and unpackaged I was disappointed to find the humidor damaged, door hinge was broken, shelving was broken and a dent was located on one side of the unit. The humidor is good quality and I would recommend this to someone looking for a decent storage unit for your cigars. The damage done to the humidor was from the shipping company as it appears that it had been dropped during shipping. I contacted VEVOR right away and sent pictures and video of what I found. The damage has made the unit not usable as the door would not seal. VEVOR was AMAZING in working through this, kept in contact through the entire process and in all was a very good experience (aside from my damaged humidor). I commend the VEVOR staff for their amazing work and I highly recommend this company for your purchases. Thank you again for all you do!

After receiving the humidor, waiting the 24 hours for it to be upright and plugging in, the seasoning process takes about 2 days as opposed to 2-3 weeks with a standard humidor. The humidity is kept within a tolerance of 2 degrees higher or lower, same with temperature. So far, my entire collection has been kept perfectly preserved as opposed to the wooden humidor I had, which didn't distribute humidity evenly throughout the space. If I had one complaint, the shelves could be a bit better designed to allow stacking cigars and separating them by categories.

I got this and paired it with a cigar oasis, this humidor seems to control temp fine, but humidity is just a bucket of water. Knowing this going in, and ordering a way to accurately control humidity has been perfect

Love this cigar humidor. One thing I do wish is that they allow you to go lower than 65% humidity. I would rather keep the humidor between 60-62%. Otherwise it has been running flawlessly

The humidor works worse than advertised. There is no stable temperature and humidity, which is very necessary for storing cigars 😒

Unit arrived well packaged, but sadly cannot perform any of the promoted features : 1. Cooling - practically doesn't work. It works for a day or two and then internal temperature (and humidity) sensors get "stuck" showing old value, though as per additional tracker inside (Sonoff) you can see that it let's temperature climb without no action and only if I reduce setting by one degree and set it back to target 20C it starts a cooling cycle. 2. At the same time when I change that - it dumps all the humidity out, dropping from 66% to 52-53% and climbing back up. 3. Plastic smell in cedar wood..it is there..I tried removing it by using baking soda in the plate for couple of days - it did remove most of it, but it is still there.

It was missing some features that I wanted, I will have to return.

This product is very nice. Quiet and easy to operate. Packaging was fantastic and Arrived intact and on time The only thing I would change is...the humidity is hard to maintain. It was seasoned as instructed, but humidity is up and down. A digital hydrometor was added with the analog one it came with... the door is always closed other than putting the water container in to add moisture. Othe than that I'm very satisfied with it...
