Motor broken out of box
Motor was broken out of the box. Plugged it in put eggs in and tried the manual rotation and didn't work. Tried to get in touch with customer service and it was a hassle as videos will not upload to their site. I just would like a unit that works.

Total Rip Off!!! This was cheaply made and very hard to put together. Directions were terrible...so small! Have never been able to even use it! Total waste of my money! Would never recommend anyone to buy this terrible product!! :(
