I unexpectedly got eggs from my young Sebastopol geese this season. I didn't expect the eggs to be fertile so I ordered several cheaper incubators to find one that "fit" large goose eggs. This vevor model fit, was easy to use, and large enough for my eggs. I had 6 out of 7 fertile eggs, 5 out of 6 that grew to maturity, and 3 goslings successfully hatched. Sebastopols have very low hatch rates. I am happy with my numbers, ended up buying a second vevor incubator for all the eggs, and will buy a higher quality incubator for next Sebastopol season. I will keep these incubators for chicken eggs, as I think they will be perfect for chicks. My recommendation is to buy a digital thermometer/hydrometer or 2 to keep in the incubator because the temp/humidity on the unit is not accurate. I read this for most units. Also, I will use a hatching mat next time. The surface is very slick. Overall, am satisfied with cost/effectiveness of these incubators.

Its good and all you need to hatch eggs. Ilike that you get to add easly throught the sides and it also comes with something to add water would recommend

The incubator itself is amazing. The buttons can be a little confusing if you lose the manual. I do hate that there is not a way to change it to Farenheit for US customers. I do have one small issue I take with the design, one of my freshly hatched chicks manage to get it's head stuck between the bottom of the fan casing and the water opening for humidity. It ended up breaking its neck trying to get out.

Works as advertised. Our first batch of babies arrived on schedule. Only negative is there's no way to dismiss the alarm. It just keeps beeping at you.

I am using this for canned goods. I have 4 1/2 shelves full and no issues with it holding up or being wobbly. I took a point off for quality as the board for the shelves is press board about 1/4 inch thick. If that gets wet, then the whole shelf will fail. I dont expect that, but it is noteworthy. Very strong and fits together nice and quick.

Nearly 70% hatch rate, instructions were difficult to follow. Couldn't figure out how to shut off the high humidity alarm during hatching phase. System has more bells and whistles than the instructions describe, but it did a great job.

over all i am satisfied. Not ecstatic but satisfied. I don't have it all figured out yet because the directions are at best somewhat confusing. I had a 50% hatch rate first time. and that may or may not be attributed to the product. More likely not but, just saying. Going to read the instructions again and see if i can boost my hatch rate again. If I can get it to working it will be perfect for my purposes.
