Kundenbewertungen für VEVOR Dachgepäckträger-Wassertank Wasserspeicher für Fahrzeuge 15 L mit 2 Spritzschutzplatten und T-Schlitz, Aluminiumtank mit hoher Druckanschluss, für Kofferräume Überrollbügel Querträger

I purchased the tank for a van project and it has worked perfectly. I had a little trouble getting the valve threads to seal properly. The tank is great and the price was too.

The service was just fantastic….my first one had a few issues…..instead of just sending me the parts needed….theyve sent me a whole new one…..wow

Working great for me but I did change out the valves with brass quick disconnects. I pressurized it with a battery powered compressor and use it as the shower for over landing.

Spent way to much time setting up and addressing air leaks. I had to run a tap in one of the end ports to fix threads. It passed a quick bubble test but noting gauge ( I added the gauge) it must still be leaking somewhere.

I like the concept of this water tank and it seems to work fine. The issue though is in receiving broken parts and even after going through the "process" getting no response from the "warranty team" or the "customer service team", after taking even more time and replying to emails with photos and videos of the damaged parts. So now, where the shower attachment should be, I have a plug to make this thing at least partly useable. The trip I was excited to use this on in a few days will be negatively impacted. Thanks Vevor, this will be the last product I purchase from your company. For one of your packers to put a damaged part like this into a box and send to a customer is wild work! No, it was not damaged during shipping, it was dropped and kicked around the floor at your fulfillment warehouse. If you actually responded and sent the new part by now, this would be a 3 star, but I'm going with a 1 star, trash, thanks for the headache!
