Achat depuis quelques semaines pour partir en van, assez robuste et fonctionnel. Au soleil, l'eau chauffe vite, il faut pas mal pomper pour avoir un peu de pression, mais bon débit quand meme. Appreciable d'avoir plusieurs possibilités de robinets, perso je n'utilise que la douchette pour le moment. A mon sens il manque quelque chose pour sécuriser en cas d'absence, en effet une fois fixé avec quelques boutons si l'on part loin du véhicule il n'est pas difficile à voler. Difficultes d'étanchéité au départ avec un robinet, mais pb rapidement résolu avec le SAV. Côte pratique, l'adaptabilité est encore un point de questionnement, je cherche la solution pour le mettre plutôt sur le côté plutôt que sur le toit, et éviter ainsi que mon camion ne passe plus sous les 1.90m.

I like the concept of this water tank and it seems to work fine. The issue though is in receiving broken parts and even after going through the "process" getting no response from the "warranty team" or the "customer service team", after taking even more time and replying to emails with photos and videos of the damaged parts. So now, where the shower attachment should be, I have a plug to make this thing at least partly useable. The trip I was excited to use this on in a few days will be negatively impacted. Thanks Vevor, this will be the last product I purchase from your company. For one of your packers to put a damaged part like this into a box and send to a customer is wild work! No, it was not damaged during shipping, it was dropped and kicked around the floor at your fulfillment warehouse. If you actually responded and sent the new part by now, this would be a 3 star, but I'm going with a 1 star, trash, thanks for the headache!
