I tried to return this item and exchange it for the item that would have worked better but Vevor wouldn't reply to any of the emails I sent to them. I sent pictures of the problems I was having and still no response. I did this about twice thinking it would get resolved but it's been two months since I've sent them the emails and still no response. I would be spending more money on the new one that I need from them but we will see.

Bought 2 of these, received one, so I filed a case for the missing item. After sending the pictures of the only package that it got, which was clearly shown only one item in it they closed my case. I guess I’ll be better off ordering with a brick and mortar store from now on!

This is a faulty design as the rollers are made of rubber and is causing friction towards the boat, i had to replace these with a pvc pipe i cut into 2 pieces and placed upon the poles instead, also used locktight on the attachment screws as they were being moved around and eventually loose after the boat touched the poles a couple of times.

The rollers are held in with 2 1 1/4 screws on each in thats it . One roller fell apart on the second trip. They need a rod right thru the roller. They might be okay with a 12 or 14 ' boat .Nothing larger
