This is the 3rd Vevor greenhouse we have purchased, and until this one, we’ve been very happy. We had issues with the size of the cover, it didn’t fit the frame. We contacted customer service and after waiting 2 days for a response we were told that the cover is huge and we needed to tighten the bolts on the frame. We again told them this was our 3rd greenhouse and that wasn’t the problem. We even cut 3” off the legs in hopes the cover would fit better. They asked for pictures and measurements, which we provided and they offered a replacement cover, but it would take a while for us to get it. After arriving at the warehouse we were told it was lost and they would give us $39 to order a cover on our own. We told them $39 wouldn’t cover the cost of a cover even if they sold it separately. They then offered a $60 refund and we took it. Dealing with them took about 4 weeks. We will never order another greenhouse from them based on the lack of customer service.

Waited 3 weeks, never came, contacted Vevor and said well it must be lost, sent refund, very disappointed

Very thin gauge metal that dented nearly immediately by my toddler dropping a big stick (for a toddler) on the frame. While assembling, If you screw the pieces in tightly, the metal tubes just bend into oval shapes, so there is no sense that things are secure. Since it is so modular and you can't tighten the screws properly due to the weak metal, it is nearly impossible to get perfectly level on dirt ground. There are warnings on the product about not using it in basically any type of weather, and it really doesn't hold up to any of it. There are only 8 tie-down strings attached to the cover (two on each side on each end) and 2 of them ripped off with the slightest wind. The tie down strings for the cover are a complete joke. I doubt this thing is going to last an entire year in my pretty mild climate, and I'm definitely going to need to buy supplemental supplies to keep the cover on, keep the frame anchored, etc. so I can try to prolong it from just collapsing and turning into a giant pile of garbage.

The tent pegs provided, should be much larger and there should be stronger and longer ties on the cover. There should be ties at every join. An excellent product, just needs more securing to protect against strong winds.

So I have had this greenhouse for less than a year and it did AMAZING that was until this weekend . Spring is fast approaching and I wanted to make sure the greenhouse was tidy and organized for the seed starting and hardening off that will soon be happening well I went to close it up for the day as it was fully organized and cleaned and when I went to zipper the right side closed it got halfway down before the zipper popped off tract no big deal right just get it back on track we'll as soon as I went to open the zipper to fit it back on track it cracked and completely feel off now I have a greenhouse that does not close which means it does not work hopefully vevor will replace the zipper or if not possible the cover.

FLIMSY. the construction tube are so tiny they damage easily. did not survive one winter. never even got a chance to brush the snow off and I woke to it completely collapsed. I was using it as a motorcycle parking space not a gree house.

It is smaller than the papersays. I am still building it and am getting ready to secure it to a wood base. The site says 10x7x7 ft, finished size 9.8x6.6x6.6. It is really 9.6x6.4x6.4. I have not got the green cover on to see if there is any difference. The frame is .5 in metal so a bit small in diameter. That is why I chose to secure it to a frame. Still better than plastic for sure. For the price I think it will work. If you don't have the money for a fancy greenhouse this should work great. Time will tell.

Alot more difficult to assemble than I would have hoped for, makes it alot more difficult to disassemble for the winter. I would have thought this type of greenhouse would have snapped and clicked together like many of the indoor growtents do nowadays. The instructions were terrible and now that I do have it together we are having issues with the humidity shooting up to 100% in the mornings. This type of tunnel needs to open on both ends or at the very least have a large window on the back end for air to flow through which means we had to cut a window or another door on the closed back and modify it ourselves. The price is right but id honestly consider building your own with wood or pvc and making a hoop house. Im used to better quality out of vevor i still love almost everything we buy from them. But id consider your options if you are going to buy or build something similar to this greenhouse.

Missing bolts, 2 short, 1 long. One of the poles was deformed. Instructions not brilliant. Have got the frame together. Instructions say use short bolts when long actually needed
