Bought this to aerate a pond and it worked well. Fairly good suction lift and the addition of the check valve on the suction as well as the bleed valve on top of the impeller housing helps. Can confirm the low oil switch works as it was on a slight incline and kept shutting off until I leveled it. Plenty of volume. Overall happy with this purchase.

Overall, very pleased with the pump. Starts easily. Pump total head, however, is more like 110' at dead head. Sufficient for our application. Shipping was a problem, but customer service was able to sort out the issue after a couple of days. Very pleased with engineering and construction.

Good pump so far once I fixed it. The first time I ran it, it started dumping gasoline all over the place. I discovered that the gas line was rubbing on the flywheel and wore a hole through the line. I replaced it making sure it no longer interfered with the flywheel. Not a huge deal for a mechanic, but that would have been frustrating for someone who can’t fix their own things. I would buy again

Pump works good for the money. The frame I feel could be designed a little different but over all works good.

Upon opening the box, the air cleaner was a jar, it would not snap into place because the motor location is too far to the side because of the welded motor mounts. I had to cut an inch out of the top of the air cleaner housing to make it Fit and hold the element securely in place. With my first use, it was awesome until I stopped and realized that there was gas draining out of the carburetor because the bowl drain plug had vibrated loose and fell out, luckily I was able to retrace my path and find it . So far two weeks in and it is performing flawlessly.

First, this pump really will push irrigation or transfer water well. I can move a 250 gallon tank in a few minutes which is great. Starts well at first and has a good range of speed. Now the issue, the fuel line passes through an area along side the pump and can abrade. I saw my fuel going down quickly even when not using and one day it quit. Moving the fuel tank I found the fuel line was sliced by the metal of the pump area and leaked fuel. Fortunately it was on gravel so the fuel didn't pool or catch fire. I had to rebuild the fuel line passage to prevent this rubbing. It is a serious problem if your line is not placed or shielded like mine was. After the rebuild, it works well but be aware of this if you find the fuel going down unexpectedly!

It shook itself apart after 45 minutes of run time. The crankshaft bushing on the pump end went bad.

Fresh out of the box. Lose bolts and rubber mounts in bottom of box. Then some noise in the pump. Upon further investigation an disassembly of the pump. Look e there! Bolts and rubber mounts inside the pump. Just ready to destroy itself. VEVOR is usually ok with QC. But lately they’ve been exactly what I would expect. Chinese crap. Not very happy. Hope it works.
