Worth the money

This unit is a great value. It starts right up every time. Easy to assemble and use. I’ve used it in numerous projects around the ranch.

So far it's been a solid machine and compacts quite nicely. I was very impressed with the shipping packaging - it was encased by a metal angle iron cage to protect against any possible damage during transit.

Great for the price, works incredibly well, super simple to manoeuvre around any obstacles. Great bit of kit for the home landscaper.

Good for the price

Bought this plate compactor for my backyard, I was setting up my above ground pool, took a day to get it up and running properly due to some oil hiccups but other than that worked great, helped cut my time in half and did a great job compacting the area.

the compactor did all the things I needed it to do for compacting the gravel/sand base of a replacement driveway however, after the first day of use, the machine developed some sort of glitch that caused the unit to stop running after a few minutes; customer service was great to help resolve the issue. the five star rating is for the customer service. this compactor was the best price I found in a compactor that created the higher compaction rate of at least 2 inch into the sub base. I had started out looking for an electric unit but none that I found had enough compaction depth for a driveway.

Works well. No issues used for probably about 50hrs

Took a while to arrive but apparently a shipping problem, Vevor did immediately respond to my inquiry. Instructions are very poor and there were no assembly instructions included, but was pretty straightforward. Unit so far has exceeded expectations, starts easily and works well.

works very good
