Jonathan Maheu Excellent plate compactor — great value for the money!
Excellent plate compactor — great value for the money!
I’m extremely impressed with this VEVOR plate compactor. The 7 HP engine has plenty of power, starts easily, and the machine has more than enough vibration and compaction force for my projects. The 23 × 18 inch plate is a great size—it covers a good amount of ground while still being easy enough to maneuver.
The build quality is much better than I expected for the price. It feels solid, heavy-duty, and well constructed, and it worked great on soil, gravel, and around pavers. The vibration is strong and consistent, making it easy to get a nice, compact surface without having to make countless passes.
I also really like the overall design and the protective frame. Assembly was straightforward, and once it was set up, it was ready to work.
For around $1,000 CAD, I honestly think this is an excellent value compared with paying significantly more for a professional-brand machine. It has already paid for itself in the amount of work and time it has saved me.
Highly recommended! If you're looking for a powerful plate compactor for landscaping, driveways, pavers, gravel, or general construction work without spending a fortune, this one is definitely worth considering. Very happy with my purchase! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

David Motheral Real performance at a budget price
This has been a great little machine. Plenty powerful enough to do a driveway that's really steep . It stop the material from eroding away.. and no more pottholes. For several months now .
