Works when It wants to. Not the usual quality i come to expect from vevor.

This didnt work 2 months.....do not recommend

Bought approximately a month ago, used it only a couple times and the switch failed, it seemed to work good until that happened

Unfortunately the unit I purchased after install and troubleshooting did not work. I responded to customer support and I returned the Product and I am waiting for full refund. Very disappointed that this product did not work out as I was looking forward to this and other products I was looking to buy.

I installed this electric trailer jack easily. I plugged it into my truck connector, hooked up trailer to truck, moved the trailer, and it worked one time. Smelled like electrical burning. I had to use the hand handle to unhook it from my truck. I submitted a request for replacement and have gotten the run around. My choices were; 1. Technical Support: Upon receiving photos or videos, our engineers will analyze the issue and provide a professional solution. 2. Free Replacement: Return the original product, and we will send you a brand-new replacement. (If you choose this option, please confirm if you need to update your shipping address.) 3. Return and Refund: We can provide a prepaid return shipping label so you do not incur any shipping costs; we will issue a full refund once the return is confirmed. I was requested to send pictures and videos to show the issue. I sent two videos, one in .mov and the other in mp4, and I received an email after each video was sent saying that Vevors technicians could not open either video. So I am stuck with having to pay for shipping to send the jack back and when they decide that it doesn’t work, they will send me another one. Or return and refund, with this option VEVOR will send me a return shipping label. Why can’t they do that for a replacement? I am a new customer of VEVOR and this doesn’t sit well with me. I had heard VEVOR was a good product but their customer service sucks! I have yet been able to talk to a customer service representative, only the bot answering the questions and replying for the technician. I used it on a car trailer and it only lasted about 3 months. Both the switch and the light failed due to rain water.

The item arrived with no visible damage but the would not turn on and the plug was rattling. I HAVENT HAD TIME TO FIX IT YET

Quit working after 2 months. Only used it 3 times

Second one they don't last long
