Terrible in every way never worked and never received me refund for it do not buy off them promised that it was refunded but never came into my account constant excuses

Customer service has been poor at best. I received a sprayer that would not stop spraying, the trigger didn't work. I contacted customer service they started a ticket but never got back to me. I am still waiting. The sprayer seems like a nice sprayer but the reason I bought this one is because of the trigger to start and stop spraying.

The wand leaks when pressure is turnned up. Not bad if you don't mind taking a bath in glyphsate. I don't use the back pack feature because the hose leaks at the tank. THe battery life is good and works great when it isn't leaking.

The trigger leaked immediately when starting up. Haven't had a chance to use it more than 20 minutes of playing around to stop it from leaking. I submitted to get a replacement trigger and I'm waiting to hear a response. Very early in the game to give a whole-hearted review.

The backpack pump worked good but the metal wand and fittings were junk. The fittings leaked and the wand leaked all along a seam running the entire length of the metal.

Order came damaged. Had a bent spray lance and there is no where I can find to replace it.

I am a mechanic and can fix pretty much anything, and that’s why I did not send it back. After assembling all the parts and filling it up, the pump would not put out any fluid. I took the entire thing completely apart (about 25 different parts) to troubleshoot what was wrong. I had it completely in pieces. Apparently the pump had a clog in it from the factory. I blew out the inside of the pump with the compressed air, and then it started working. After reassembling everything it worked perfectly fine. Actually it’s a great sprayer, but I just really hate the fact that I spent that money and then had to work on it for two hours before I could use it. That just makes me so mad.

Sprayer leaks where the straps attach to the tank and around the tank lid. Gets your back wet when using.

Handle instantly had a terrible leak to where the back sprayer is almost pointless, have called customer service multiple times but have yet to get in touch with anyone. Just spend a little more for a name brand battery powered backpack sprayer next time.

sucks. It’s always leaking or the spray handle always coming off. There’s a second punch prayer that I have the first one came with the hole on the tank and this one now it started leaking from the bottom and I haven’t even used it more than a week.
