Waited for almost 4 weeks. Never received the product. Vevor just kept saying wait and wait. No one knew where it was. Probably never left the factory as shipping company had no idea and didn't update shipping details. Got finally refunded and then purchased after this disaster from Amazon the same product which arrived in 3 days.

You at Vevor sold me a unit that was used and returned. Fingerprints all over the unit, inside took me an hour to clean, it was stained from the water line, and had black crap in it. The motor that spins the album is a joke; it's so loud and cheap that it's ridiculously loud! It's made so cheaply that when you go to adjust the settings, the entire front pushes in from the pressure used to push the buttons. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER THING FROM VEVOR. YOU PEOPLE GOT ME ONCE, BUT YOU WON'T GET ME AGAIN. YOU LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER.

I'd like to give this company 0 stars, but it's not an option. Item was leaking like a seive all over my wood floors. I submitted a ticket asking not for a refund, but a replacement and was told I would hear from a rep within 48 hours. I got no response. A couple days later, I received a message saying that if they didn't hear from me the ticket would be closed. I asked WTF? YOU don't respond to ME and then say because you didn't hear from me, you're gonna close the ticket? Really? Then, I was given a bunch of BS apologies and told I would receive a replacement fitting where the unit was leaking. Never received a thing. The only positive thing I can say is the the unit this isn't something I really NEED.... just a hobby item for my vinyl. Now it's a huge paper weight. This is a garbage company with garbage products. Stay away.....you've been warned.

Tank was dented and machine leaked. Sent about 6 messages to various platforms for support with them and I'm getting the runaround. They dont seem interested in truly helping a customer. I'll withdraw this review if they actually do the right thing and help me. Can't really rate it as I don't have a working unit after a month

Nothing but trouble with this unit and with this company. The unit I received in the mail was missing multiple parts, making it impossible to use for its intended purpose. Of the parts I did receive, one was inoperable. I contacted customer service and they repeatedly tried to ask me to keep the defective unit for a discount. It was only after several attempts of me asking for a full refund that they honored my request.

Doesn't heat up and they won't replace it brand new out of box and they offered a refund of 20 dollars to go find the parts to fix the problem!like I know how to fix it worst customer service ever. Don't buy because they don't perform and won't replace non working productBE VERY AWARE OF THIS BEFORE BUYING

Arrived damaged and not working will not turn on. I ordered this though Vevor thinking I would get it in 3 days as the website stated. In actuality it took 7 days. contacted customer support stating that their own website stated that it would be delivered 3 day shipping and nothing was done about this issue. Upon setup and turning the unit nothing on it would turn on. tried contacting customer service once again to just receive an emaiil saying we will contact you within 1 to 3 days concerning this matter. Now i feel like my money and time has just been wasted. Do better Vevor. nothing about this order has been easy and or can't do a simple return of a non working item. I guess customers must just have to sit on their hands and jump through hoops to get what they pay for.

There were no written instructions included how to clean vinyl records. There was a single sheet of pictures showing various stages of assembly. It is supposed to clean 7-12 Inch records, but as most 7 Inch records have 1 1/2 Inch center holes, there are no provisions included to adapt them. Using a generic 1 1/2 Inch adapter, even adding water above the maximum fill line, the most inner grooves of a 7 Inch record is not covered. Allowing records to air dry in the provided rack drew dust in which accumulated on the stylus when playing the record. There is supposed to be 24/7 support, but when contacting online chat with my concerns, I was told that they would be forwarded to an engineer. I received an email later which didn't address all my concerns and questions. The email told me to contact Support again, which I did and they told me to refer to the email I received, which didn't cover all my concerns. The machine doesn't clean records as expected and the 24/7 Support is nil.
