Purchased on June 26th, was getting my records together so I could clean them for the first time, I had set up my Vevor, 2 weeks prior, anticipating what would happen. Just used my new Vevor, record cleaner on Tuesday, filled the tank watched a couple of video's and reviews on u-tube just to get a better idea of what to expect. Turned on the machine and to my surprise everything worked except the light on the temperature setting, thermostat never came on and the water in the tank never changed , nor were there any indication of any ultrasonic activity. I was totally disappointed. I'm still waiting to here back from customer service.

El embalaje estaba golpeado y cortado aunque llegó antes de lo esperado. En el interior la primera espuma estaba bastante sucia y con restos de cinta adhesiva que me hizo pensar que alguien ya había manipulado el paquete (aunque lo demás parecía no haber sido tocado). Al retirar la espuma vi la bola de red toda aplastada. La manguera de drenado doblada de tal forma que cogió forma y ya no se desdobla. Los metraquilatos que separan los discos solo encajan 3 el resto me va a tocar taladrarlos. La máquina en sí parece ir bien (falta probarla a fondo) pero un aspecto muy negativo es que la tapa que trae no sirve si tienes instalado el soporte que gira los discos. Habría que retirarlo si quieres tapar la máquina y con el mecanismo que tiene de sujeción tan básico (un unico tornillo que que solo hace tope no enrosca en la máquina) estoy seguro de que daría problemas a los pocos días de uso continúo lo que me obligará a hacer una tapa a medida.

Worst company i receive my vevor ultrasonic damaged the company refund a partial refund not complete. Last time i buy from this company

Horrible. No directions included for use or assembly. Broken parts. They said they would mail the replacement part but never did. Customer service is all automated so never talked to a real person to get it resolved.

I don't think it's okay to receive an item that is so full of dents in the front that it looks like it has been in a war.

Le montage se fait avec une vidéo.faites des pauses car tout est accéléré ! Le maintien du support vinyle est limité..il manque un renfort pour ne pas déformer la tôle..les disques ne sont pas ajusté.. heureusement que j'ai un atelier rempli d outils car sinon aïe!!! Et tout le monde n'a pas un forêt de 7 avec perceuse chez soit. La vis de serrage pour les vinyles est très mal faites..un T de rainurage appelé le plus couramment lardon serait nettement mieux..ce que je vais faire...il manque aussi une rondelle .encore une fois j'ai ce qu'il faut étant bricoleur...tous ces problèmes réglés..le reste va très bien..mais un panier serai le bienvenu, par contre pour le trouver bonne chance sur le site vevor ..pas trouvé. Et leur réponse par mail est incompréhensible !'ai donc improvisé avec un panier a frites de la bonne dimension..
