After adding warm water to the unit and setting the temp to max, as i saw in Youtube, even after four times (30 minx4), it did not even get close to the set temp.

Packaging was pretty poor. It arrived dented as the box was also damaged. I needed it urgently, and didn't want to deal with returns. I suggest better stronger boxes with a bit of padding around it.

don't buy
Bought it hoping to clean some old coins, added the simple green cleaner and nothing happened, no vibrating, no heat, and no cleaning. Don't waste your money.

Ultrasonic cleaner, not recommended
Total garbage. You can clean auto parts with a wire brush and do a better job in 1/10th of the time.
