This product is not worth your money used it for 2 days and will longer start just get a steel. This is a waste of money. Also false advertisement, the harness it shows is not what you get, the one you get will break 1st time out, absolute waste of money DO NOT BUY!! yea so again DO NOT BUY just tired to get ahold of the customer service!... This is a scam buy the Chinese to take your money there is no customer service tried 5 different numbers for these people and half of them connect to some random people telling you that you have the wrong number DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!

Im sad to say I am very unhappy with this purchase. The handle comes off almost instantly and will not stay on. Its very heavy even with the back strap attachment. I would love to return this for a full refund.

Purchased this economically smart system and actually expected it to work. It worked the first time I used it. Went back to use it the next day and the throttle no longer worked. Contacted support, sent a video of the problem. The warranty team sent me a message back that told me how to fix a flooded engine. The engine was clearly not flooded. So I sent a message back and explained that the engine was not flooded and that their response had nothing to do with the video that I provided and that they require. It's now been two weeks they've promised me a new throttle and I have yet to receive it. Purchase this used it one time in the month and haven't been able to use it since. Waste of money! Try to get a refund and no response.

Duro funcionando un día. Por más que escribo correos electrónico para pedir una reparación u algo no lo consigo. Servicio al cliente pésimo.

appareil alléchant sur le site, avec un prix qui me paraissait très intéressant, mais l'ensemble paraît fragile au déballage, avec des plastiques dont l'espérance de vie apparaît courte, mais je n'ai pas eu l'occasion de mesurer cela, car, dès la première utilisation, une vis de serrage de la tête du taille haie s'est cassée, provoquant du jeu, et entraînant la casse de l'engrenage de la coupe... bref, un achat éphémère...
