Am 5.september habe ich das Gerät gekauft, aber Gerät funktioniert nicht.. Egal was ich gemacht habe ohne Erfolg.. seit 4tage ich kann keiner erreichen das ich Geräte wieder Zürück schicken kann.. werde ich nie wieder bei VEVOR was kaufen, und werde ich auch meine rechtliche wegen aussuchen..!!!!❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️

1 ) Tête de tronçonneuse hors service après 30 minutes d’utilisation ( afin de tester la machine et de me la mettre en mains ). Graissage réalisé, niveaux huile de chaîne et carburant faits, utilisation et tests sur deux chênes différents et engrenage de rotation de l’axe de la chaine usé prématurément. Démontage de la tête de rotation de la tronçonneuse Bilan : Dents cassées et aucun morceau de dents retrouvé et mélangé à la graisse dans la cage de l’engrenage conique. Donc mauvaise qualité des engrenages coniques. 2 ) Démarrage à chaud impossible Après 30 minutes : obligé de démonter la bougie, de la sécher, de la faire refroidir avec un compresseur à air afin que le moteur puisse redémarrer, super pour du neuf 👌🏼 Sinon c’est pratique afin d’élaguer à 4 - 5 m de haut ENFIN quand ça fonctionne parfaitement … Étant Spécialiste du forestie, et de la petite mécanique thermique d’engin agricole et paysage

Motor broke off shaft the first use

Overall the unit seems solid. The hedge trimmer attachment came with the incorrect shaft attached. There were holes drilled into that seemed to be extra from what is required. (Oversized, incorrect locations. Once I attached the correct shaft and got it running the screw that tightens the collar of the attachment onto the shaft broke, I noticed quite a bit of wobble as I was using the hedge trimmer. Have yet to try any of the other attachments.

I bought it to work at the farm, but it won't throttle? Please help, so that I can buy other products!

Worked pretty good for 2-3 yards. Thought it would be handy to have a multi accessory tool available but screws started backing out immediately. It's heavy, and it's not as powerful as a 21cc weed eater. The speed head doesn't line up so you have to remove the trimmer head to put string in. Which is very difficult requires a flat tip to press it in to release so you can load it. The crank down speed head option works well for loading the trimmer line. I had to zip tie the throttle handle on first day. I've run tru fuel for its 3 week life and it won't start anymore. Didn't use any attachments because I hadn't had the opportunity before it failed. Currently working with customer service to remedy issue. Seems like a good deal until it dies mid job and you have to go buy another option to finish the yard.

The engine was locked up when I got it and I tried to contact them but haven't never got any kind of answer back or nothing like that pretty piss poor if you ask me

The stop switch keeps getting pumped and machine keeps shutting off the position of the switch is in a bad spot Also the trimmer head for the string is too big to replace with ease its uncomfortable not to mention hard to open Also the machine keeps breaking the string Put all these together and this adds time to cutting , what should be done in 15 min now takes an hour Very unhelpful experience with customer service, Apart from the screw on tree trimmer that extends outward and hampers the movement of the blades, the cheap ring that locked in place the ahaft that breaks , the trimmer spool that's huge and time consuming to adjust, and the start switch that's in the obviously wrong place the machine is powerful. 0 STARS!! Very poor quality. You get what you pay for… but I was not expecting this many issues. Have used it twice, both times for very short periods. Both times the engine began over-revving, and continued revving after releasing the throttle. After brief periods of use, if turned off for more than a few seconds, THE ENGINE WILL NOT START AGAIN. Every aspect is flimsy. The attachments connect with barely any purchase and are only held in with a flimsy retaining pin, such that they wobble around. The unit is way too heavy for extended overhead use. The harness is okay for ground work, but no help for anything above head-height. It is extremely loud! And, for example the hedge trimmer attachment does not operate unless you give it full throttle, which, again, in my case resulted in engine racing. The throttle trigger is clunky, cheap, and rough. Basically have 0, half, and full. The entire handgrip and controls are so cheap, they feel like a cheap toy, flexing, poorly fitting, with sharp edges all over the place. The safety catch gets stuck and has to be messed with every other time. The stop switch has to be one of the most minor, yet annoying flaws: it is too close to where you have to grip (due to the crunchy safety) and it has no resistance, no “click”, so it’s constantly slipping and stopping the engine!! The instructions are horrible. They’re missing steps for the parts covered, and missing some pieces entirely. I can’t return it apparently, and I can’t sell it in good conscience… so what am I supposed to do?
