The installation process was relatively straightforward, though the Wi-Fi connection posed some challenges. The device appears to provide accurate data, except for the first night when it reported a low of 158°F—possibly due to the batteries needing a full charge, I don't know. Additionally, it forecasts rain even when the weather service reports no chance of it. I verified the GPS location, and it is correct, also syncing properly with Weather Underground. I'm hopeful these issues are just temporary glitches that will resolve themselves, as both the price and overall feel of quality are impressive.

I ordered this weather station because my older indoor/outdoor thermometer had finally quit after 16 years. I had a new thermometer in my 'shopping cart' when this one became available. It's important to understand that this instrument is a lot more capable than a thermometer. It is a true \"weather station\" with all of the attendant features. That is important to note so that we can differentiate between the far less capable Indoor/Outdoor thermometer and this instrument. This weather station is a product from the Vevor company. Vevor has been around for multiple years and has made a bit of a name for fairly high quality products at reasonable prices. This weather station is an example of that company focus. One of the important things to note is the included manual. It is a well done booklet in English with good quality standard language usage. There is no weird terminology or phrasing because of translation errors. Overall, it is a clean, well done manual. On the front cover of the manual is a QR code (SEE IMAGE) that takes you to the most current information about the product and specific instruction about setup and usage. The manufacturer stipulates that you should 'definitely' scan and watch the video. The weather station is a fairly complex (and complete) instrument. I found all of the functions to work properly once initial setup was complete. The indoor and outdoor temps were right on top of each other - within one (1) degree when placed side by side in the same air mass. The rainfall gauge worked properly, although I have no way to measure it's accuracy in real time. I set the initial barometer setting from field elevation at my local airport. I've found that is the easiest and best way to get a reliable and accurate barometer. I tracked the instrument for several days and found that it seemed to be acceptably accurate. The rainfall gauge was very close to my old style cylinder gauge. The barometer tracked the airport setting reliably. The outdoor temp ag

No happy with rain gauge

Nice unit. Easy to install the outdoor station, but difficult to set up the monitor. The instructions are a bit cryptic.

Apparaat werkt prima, tevreden mee.
