I wanted it and need it but never received it. It never arrived they had shipping issues with vevor. I was so disappointed not receiving it. Plus i returned a heat press 15x15 because the temp was fluctuating everywhere i couldn't set the temp. I returned it never received one back to me. All this time having horrible experience with vevor. I sent enough photos as is. What good did that do?

AFTER WEEKS OF ASKING WHERE MY ORDER WAS, AND VEVOR AUTO REPLY OF IT WAS SHIPPED AND WAIT ON THE SHIPPING COMPANY, I NEVER RECIEVED THIS PRODUCT! CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THIS IS A JOKE. YOU CAN NOT SPEAK WITH ANYONE, ONLREPLIES TO EMAILS THROUGHOUT THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT!

I use this thing all the time. It’s perfect for running my cooler I also bought from VEVOR but many other things. My only complaint that took off a couple stars is that the internal cooling fan doesn’t work anymore. So I assume it’s only a matter of time until my battery is shot cause it can’t cool itself.

Power pack started smoking when plugged in.

I have a 50w mini refrigerator. I plugged in the ac outlet. I only heard like the compressor about to start. Then on the unit the AC icon blinking and a high rev sound. Can you advice the reason and how to resolve it

I don't understand why you still said I recived my items there's 2 items I didn't get it.....please refund my money

This thing died after the first charge. I didn't really even get to use it. Customer service was awful and treated me like a criminal for wanting a replacement. I sent videos of troubleshooting, but nothing was ever enough. I never got a replacement and cannot stress enough how much I do NOT RECOMMEND this product.
