Saw broke ! The head unit failed after 5 weeks of operation. Will not recommend for durability! Thanks

This machine trips breaker even over small load. It needs 3200w what do i need to carry with at site for that much wattage.

Das ist meine zweite Bewertung da so wie es aussieht vevor sie erste gelöscht hat. Beim auspacken ist uns schon aufgefallen das, dass blech für die Höhe und Führung der säge total verbocgen war. Somit keine geraden und präzise Schnitte möglich. Nach nur 3 schnitten ist schon ein Wasser Anschluss für die kühlung gebrochen. Keine Kaufempfehlung

This items advert was VERY misleading The photographs had no indication of size or weight. When received it was HUGE and could not be lifted out of the box without assistance. The weight was not given and the only indication of its difficulty to use was a review AFTER I purchased that said " I required a hoist to use the machine safely" I applied to return the item as its weight rendered it "un fit for purpose " but it was not acceptable to Vevor. A 60 euro refund was offered. A loss of over 150 euros. It is Vevor's loss as I will not buy from them again.

I had 2 deaths in the family since I received the saw. Interior Styrofoam was very damegd as if previously opened. Took 3 months to first take out and install blade, but not use. When testing blade turning, turns out mounting hub and blade to not seat straight. Unsure which part is bad or both. I feel I chose the wrong brand. Online there is talk of the return policy, but no copy of tge actual return policy. Waiting to see if they qill make this right.

I have bought 2 of these. One from EBay and one direct from Vevor. Both were dispatched?? via Aramex. Both never arrived and were “lost”. They ere either never sent or Aramex should be properly examined by the Police. This is incompetence of the highest order. I will buy elsehere

Too slow response.. to cancel my order . So I have to cancel to return.. I ordered. 2 item because the 1st one I didn’t use coupon so I order a new one with coupon to get it cheaper. And your system don’t have cancel order. So I chat with customer service right after ordered 2nd one. But u said it ship already :( really at 11pm?

The saw performed poorly. It is not powerful enough for simple cuts in sidewalks or curbs. The engine would stop as if the blade was binding on basic cuts, but no undue pressure was put on the blade. The wires in the gfci housing came loose, the saw stop button stopped working, and the blade dulled completely after 2.5 days of intermittent use. We had to buy a $180 blade locally just to finish the job and we aren't out of the woods yet. Vevor customer service doesn't take any responsibility, just says that "blades are consumable" as if we are idiots-- no integrity as a company. If you have anything more than 1 cut, spend the money to buy a gas-powered saw or a better electric one and thank me later.

3200W 15A? Also they don't have return They saying they have 30 days return policy Customer service only response not return doesn't help you to figure out your problem. Worst online shopping experience ever!

Terrible saw. Would not cut more than a few minutes. We had to go rent a saw to do the job. I asked if I could return it but they said I needed to go back to the job and take a video of the saw failing. I don't have any extra concrete to cut to take a video so I am just stuck with a bad saw.
