For French fries and light snacks, it works very well. For chicken thigh and legs, it needs some help or upgrade...

Ottima macchina rapporto qualit prezzo

Overall, this is a good commercial deep fryer. It heats up quickly, maintains a stable temperature, and the dual-tank design is very practical. The build quality is solid, and it performs well during regular use. My only real complaint is the basket size. Considering how large the fryer is, I expected much larger baskets. Instead, both baskets are surprisingly small, which limits the amount of food you can cook at one time. I honestly don’t understand this design choice, as the tanks have enough space for larger baskets. If the baskets were bigger, this fryer would be much more efficient and would easily deserve five stars. Despite this drawback, it is still a decent product overall.

We brought the Deep Fryer for the church. When we plugged in both sides, it blew the fuse. We purchased a surge protector to plug the unit. One side worked and the other side never heated up. We thought that maybe we needed to plug one side into the wall and the other into the surge protector. The side that did work, worked beautifully. We fried fish at the conference our church was hosting and everyone raved about how good the fish was and it was pretty and golden brown. Hopefully, plugging the unit into the wall and surge protector will take care of the problem.
