Ok so when I first received the plucker every time I plugged it in it would pop the GFCI. It took a few discussions over the course of a few days but they did end up sending me a new cord and when replacing the cord there was a wire that was touching the other wires causing a ground fault. Once the wires were changed it works. I do have some advice for anyone using this plucker. 1 only do one bird at a time. 2 cut off the feet first, they tend to get caught, 3 the feathers will get caught and cause it to stop running so you'll need to stop and pull out feathers once in a while. So it does have some minor issues as mentioned above, however if you've ever hand plucked a chicken it is well worth the money, less expensive than anything else on the market and for comparison prior to getting this it would take 15-25 minutes per bird hand plucking l, using this a minute or less so what previously took me all day to do 5 birds took me less than 3 hours start to finish for 15 birds. Including all of the butchering.

Great plucker I like it easy to put together and use. Only use once and did the job perfectly. I am really happy with that plucker. Also love the option to pay in 4 equal payment with afterpay. Thank you.

Best price on the internet! Couldn’t find them anywhere else cheaper. Pretty sure this is the same as some more expensive brands, just a cheaper sticker.

We put 50+ birds through it in its first season. It works great and is much more affordable that the expensive yard bird. My ONE complaint is that it gets clogged with feathers and in a session of 30 birds we had to remove the drum and clean out the feathers twice. Would I buy it again MAYBE depends on finances at the time I may opt for one of the commercial square ones.

Works great for plucking big chicken but only one at a time, 10 to 15 seconds is all it takes. I did change for bigger wheels on the machine and put a longer electric cord on it

Would recommend but if you can afford get the one you can attach a hose too makes things a lot easier

This was our first time processing our own chickens and honestly we would not have been able to do it without this plucker. The only down side is that it came dented but I’m sure that happened in transit. The plucker was easy to use and super helpful in the process. One thing I’d recommend if this product ever gets upgraded is adding a hose/sprinkler around the rim. Regardless of that I absolutely loved this product and anyone thinking about processing their own birds should get this. It is worth every penny and the quality of the machine shows it will pay for itself for years to come.

Works... I processed 30 chickens and it works as described. Gotta clean it out pretty often, otherwise it will jamb up with feathers.

Overall I greatly appreciate this plucker. It works quite well and is easy to use. One of my only complaints is that the start switch is a little cumbersome and you have to wiggle it a bit to get it to latch in and stay on. Aside from that it functions great. I use to take about 5-7 minutes to fully pluck a chicken and this machine can do it in 14 secs to the same quality you did it by hand.

The materials made with are good and sturdy, my complaint is that the feathers get stuck on the side of the centrifuge and we had to constantly remove it to hose it off so that it would work. This happened after every 4-5 chicken. The machine is expensive enough to have a better way of dealing with this issue.
