Reçu ce vendredi. Le livreur n'a même pas pris le temps de sonner. Il a lancé le colis par dessus la barrière! Ma femme a attenu le boum de l'intérieure de la maison. La machine semble fonctionner (merci l'emballage correct). Serait-il possible d'avoir la notice en Français SVP. La montée en température semble longue, est-ce normal ? Cordialement Sébastien

Colis reçue 8 jours après la commande, installation facile, cuve de nettoyage très efficace mais Très bruyant. quelques euros de plus pour insonoriser la cuve et son couvercle serait le bien venu.

Reinigt hervorragend! Bis die Temperatur erreicht ist braucht es sehr lange. Deshalb 1 Punkt Abzug.

non ho provato il macchinario poiché quando mi è arrivato avevo già risolto con un altro prodotto simile. L'unica cosa che mi è dispiaciuta è che appena acquistato ad euro 96,20 per la vasca da 6l il prodotto è sceso a 72,40 euro....

I recently received my 9.5L ultrasonic cleaner. Upon opening the box, I discovered that the welds on one side of the handle on the lid were not attached, allowing that side of the handle to flop around. Customer service was easy to work with and is shipping me a replacement lid. The cleaner worked great...until it didn't. On the second day of usage, while the heater worked fine, and the ultrasonic cleaner display counted down, the actual ultrasonic portion began working intermittently, as in sometimes it turned on; sometimes it didn't. Customer service responded quickly, but I'm still waiting for a resolution. All in all...it worked well until it didn't. I am hopeful a replacement will be pshipped shortly as I do like the unit's performance when it does run correctly.

I bought this unit a months ago and I think overall it’s a good unit, but what’s confusing about the whole purchase process that I found this through a Facebook advertising. And Facebook advertising context was really not to visual scale to understand how the actual item look, and I found it very confusing when it’s through Facebook so I bought it and then it wasn’t really what I was expecting.
