The VFD failed after 2 1/5 months and VEVOR IS NO HELP! DO NOT BUY ANY MAJOR PIECE OF EQUIPMENT FROM VEVOR! They do not stand behind their products! This is the second VFD failure on one of their grinder/sanders I have experienced. I should have learned my lesson with the 1x30 sander that failed but I took a chance on their 2x72 and now I have $1000 of machine that does not work and VEVOR refuses to replace or refund! EXTREMELY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES! I will continue to tell everyone I know to avoid this company at all costs!

Tried 5 times to order this machine, while in stock!, it was beyond logistical capabilities of vevor to actually deliver it, even though vevor have no trouble delivering other large machines to me. I also offered to pay more than the quoted delivery fee, In one of the attempts I was also charged 40 euro for a dollar conversion which was a link sent from customer services, I am soo disappointed with the service I received. Unfortunately I have been forced to shop with Alibaba and ordered the same machine with 50 belts for cheaper than advertised on Vevor. I now just have to wait, which was not a massive concern of mine but I wanted to continue to shop with vevor as I have used them in the past and found them very good. I will rethink my patronage in the future.

Used it for a while, turned it off and now it won’t power up. Verified that it is definitely the machine. VFD control box will not power up. Only used for roughly an hour total.

Bjr je ne met qu une etoile car je n ai pas recu la machine, colis perdue avec l expediteur. Par contre je mets 5 etoiles pour le services clientèle pour les info du suivie de colis,et information du pb et le remboursemment qui a était fait rapidement. Du coup en ce qui me concerne je suis retissant pour commander sur votre site. Cordialement

VAT is not handled correctly by Vevor, which leads to double taxation (both when ordering and when picking up the package). Unacceptable and unprofessional.

I ordered one after seeing several reviews. They apparently sent out units that could reverse for review but cheapened out on the controller and used ones that were not reversible. There is no indication of the change. I will be returning mine and finding one that is reversible as I require that for my needs. Also mine came with the power cord not connected properly. I contacted support and there response was for me to fix it myself. Seems they have little concerns about the quality of their product.

Machine achetée le 16/07/25, livrée le 22/07/25, en panne le 02/08/25. Malgré plusieurs messages envoyées aucune solution apportée. Service SAV déplorable. Machine sous garantie mais VEVOR ne résout pas les litiges suite à un défaut de matériel. Très déçu et en colère

Come dal Titolo "mai arrivata" Premetto che le stelle non sono per lo strumento, ma per la spedizione al quanto imbarazzante, ordinato il 9 Maggio controllando la tracciabilità notavo che la spedizione un giorno era Parigi, il giorno dopo Milano e fin qui tutto normale....il giorno seguente era a Parigi di nuovo e così via... per circa un mese, fino alla richiesta rimborso che è stata accettata, Che dire mai più Vevor

Acheté 934,99€ en décembre et les fêtes passées le même article à 790€, une honte. SAV inexistant et réponses complètement hors sujet, quasiment impossible de retourner l’article. Sinon le backstand fonctionne très bien et très robuste. Idéal pour commencer.
