Great little unit Did have a issue 3 days before the warranty was to run out and they replaced after a little back and forth So for that alone I give Vevor 👍

Great grill. would give it 5 stars but my griddle came with some weird dark gray spots on the stainless steel on the bottom left and right corners.

My first one came with welding damage and scratches but after some communication, a new replacement was sent out and is perfectly fine and works great

Bought this as I was getting tired of the nonstick poorly heating available griddles at the store. This wins hands down. Even heat, that stays consistent. I only dropped one star in the overall rating because of the weld scoring (purely cosmetic, does not affect performance), in the more visible areas. Just make sure you understand about seasoning a griddle of this nature, before you start to actually cook on it.

Takes a little time to heat up and surface heating is not even throughout, but it does the job.

3/20/2025 21 inch griddle is Well built, top is tig welded to side walls. Stainless steal body, excellent price. The cons: unit is under powered at only 1600 watts, it takes to long for temp to recover when cooking large amounts of food, or when you put something cold on the grill. Good for personal use, not for restaurant use, twice as many watts would be needed.

I purchased the Griddle with high expectations and was not disappointed. It arrived on time, with excellent packaging, and was easy to clean up and put into use. I did purchase an Infrared thermometer to be aware of the temperature changes on the griddle itself. After cooking the initial break in meats: bacon and hamburger patties, I had a pretty good understanding of what was going on with surface temperatures. Knowing this gave me all I needed to prepare other foods. After cooking and a slight cool down, clean up was easy with water on the surface and using the catch can. All in all, this is as close to a restaurant grill as you can get. Expect excellent results! It's important to note that no extension cords should be used with this and, be aware of the splatter off of the grill. Other than that, this thing rocks!

Overall, not bad, takes forever to heat up. Also, it takes forever to cool off. The right side of the griddle doesn't get as hot as the rest of the service.

Commercial quality, very much satisfied, and would purchase again, this is the second one I purchased..

A third of the grill top does not heat. It would have been a good idea if the grill had separate thermostats. I have used a grill for many years and love to cook on a grill. Even with a third of the grill not heating it is still worth more than what i paid for it.
