Der Stromverbrauch im Normalbetrieb beträgt ca. 0,8–1,2 kW. Die 7,11 kW wurden unter folgenden Betriebsbedingungen getestet: Umgebungstemperatur: (TK/FK) 27 °C/24,3 °C; Wassereinlass-/-auslasstemperatur: 26 °C/28 °C. Sinkende Umgebungstemperatur führt zu Leistungseinbußen. Bei der Installation vor Ort in einem Schwimmbad ist die Isolierung des Schwimmbades zu berücksichtigen.
