This 3 CFM 1/4 HP vacuum pump kit is used for degassing silicones, epoxies, essential oils, urethanes, etc. The vacuum chamber provides a safe and reliable means of transporting parts sensitive to contamination and moisture. The vacuum chamber and pump kit include a non-stick silicone gasket, a 5-foot (152 cm) hose with fittings, a 3/5" (1.5 cm) acrylic lid, a 50-micron air filter, and other accessories for your convenience.
- Note: Oil is not included. There may be some residual oil from factory inspection; if it leaks due to improper packaging, this will not affect its use.

Copper motor & aluminum housing
The base of the vacuum pump is made of a heavy-duty aluminum alloy and features a robust and stable copper wire motor. Four rubber soles enhance the pump's stability, and non-slip rubber feet ensure minimal movement.
Low-noise vacuum chamber
Two silencers reduce vibrations and noise, resulting in quieter operation. A high-quality vacuum chamber can withstand temperatures up to 160°F. The glycerin-filled gauge maintains accuracy to within 0.5 inches of mercury. A portable handle ensures convenient use.
Simple monitoring & cooling
This rotary vane vacuum pump is equipped with an oil sight glass to monitor oil level and quality and prevent oil starvation. The built-in cooling fan and the formatted heat dissipation window ensure rapid heat dissipation and effectively protect the machine.
Stainless steel material
This vacuum chamber is made of high-strength stainless steel with a one-piece casting, making it very durable and able to withstand temperatures up to 160°F, maintaining a vacuum for extended periods. It supports a vacuum up to 29.9 inches Hg.
