  • 1. Select a liner lens or lens firstly, fix the suction disc in the central position of liner lens or lens, then install them to the chuck device and clamp the lens by the knob.
  • 2. Put a lens which has been marked the axis on lens meter and layout blocker into the position of lens, then fix it by the left knob and be ready to cut.
  • 3. Turn on the switch and put down the machine head slowly, keep the lens in the central position of miller.
  • 4. Lift the machine head upward after the template rotates for a circle, carefully take out the finished lens, and then trim the burr on the hand edge.

Optical lens cutting milling machine is used for processing the periphery of the spectacle lens. The usage of glasses lens or an existing template to produce optical lenses as the benchmark standard template, whether new or repair glasses can be applied. It is a high degree of automation, complete function, precision, fast lens processing equipment.

How to use:
1. Select a liner lens or lens firstly, fix the suction disc in the central position of liner lens or lens, then install them to the chuck device and clamp the lens by the knob.
2. Put a lens which has been marked the axis on lens meter and layout blocker into the position of lens, then fix it by the left knob and be ready to cut.
3. Turn on the switch and put down the machine head slowly, keep the lens in the central position of miller.
4. Lift the machine head upward after the template rotates for a circle, carefully take out the finished lens, and then trim the burr on the hand edge.

Safety Precautions:
1. Don't use this machine for other purpose except for patterning.
2. While the machine is working, don't touch the rotary blade to avoid getting injured.
3. Don't use this machine when  the power requirement (voltage and frequency) are not reached, you should be clear about the actual working power supply.
4. Don't put the machine at the place of high temperature and insolate in sun shine.
5. If any liquid or other materials drop into the machine, turn the switch off immediately and pull the plug out of the wall socket. Please don't start the machine again until the machine is thoroughly checked and required by an expect in this line.
6. Don’t install other parts at will except the original parts of this machine.
7. Don’t operate the machine over-worked, don’t dash any parts of this machine.
