Expanded Set: The set includes 2 different sizes of 110-mesh aluminum screens, 1 ink knife, 1 squeegee, 2 plastic scrapers, 5 transparent inkjet films, 10 mixing sticks, 1 roll of silver tape, and 1 masking tape to get you started with screen printing. Buy everything at once.
Proven printing frame: With its laser-welded construction and stable structure, this frame is designed for daily use without deforming or breaking. Even if the frame may have some surface scratches from polishing after welding, you can be sure that this does not affect its performance and durability.
High-strength mesh: Our high-strength nylon sieves with a tensile strength of 15 ± 0.5 N have a glossy surface, uniform mesh distribution, and excellent flexibility. And thanks to our two-component adhesive, you can be sure that the sieve won't slip or leak ink at the edges.
Easy cleaning: To prevent ink from seeping through, we've included a 590-inch (approximately 15-meter) roll of silver adhesive tape. And the best part: Our frame can be cleaned in just 4 steps, so you can reuse it again and again. Don't settle for less!
Endless creations: Our screen printing frame is available in various sizes, allowing you to choose the frame that best suits your needs in terms of color and substrate. This not only makes printing color designs a breeze, but also lets you print on a wide variety of flat materials, including clothing, pillowcases, fabrics, metals, paper, photocopiable materials, plastics, wood, glass, ceramics, leather, and much more.
Anyone looking for a screen printing frame will find exactly what they need at VEVOR. Made from a solid aluminum alloy, the frame is suitable for both commercial and private use and offers a number of advantages over conventional wooden frames.
Q: Which inks are suitable for the different stencils? A: Common inks are divided into water-based, solvent-based, and oil-based inks. Water-based inks are suitable for thicker stencils (100-200 mesh). Solvent-based inks are for medium-mesh stencils (200-300 mesh). Oil-based inks are for coarse-mesh screens (300-400 mesh). When printing, the ink should be poured onto the top or both sides of the design. Please do not pour the ink directly onto the screen. Q: How do you select templates with a different stitch count? A: Depending on the substrate, e.g. rough, absorbent substrates require more ink, so a thicker stencil must be chosen; smooth, non-absorbent substrates require relatively little ink, so a screen with a higher mesh count must be chosen. Q: What frame size should I buy? A: Select and purchase the frame according to the size of the design to be printed. Add 3.9 inches (approximately 10 cm) to the length and width of the design. The result is the maximum inside size of the screen frame required.
