  • Six nichrome heating cables: The 0.5 mm heating wire is made of a high-quality nickel-chromium alloy, characterized by high precision, high-temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance. The heating wire is installed by a spring that automatically generates the tension for efficient processing.
  • Laser-marked workbench: Compared to other screen-printed workbenches, ours utilizes advanced laser marking technology. The area where the scale is displayed has a higher abrasion resistance, allowing you to quickly and accurately locate the cutting angle for more precise cutting.
  • Movable aluminum frame: The movable aluminum frame makes the foam cutter lightweight and facilitates lifting and carrying on the construction site. Thanks to the ball-bearing guide, the cutting bar glides smoothly through the polystyrene sheet. The pre-mounted stop tabs and depth limiter also ensure stable operation and precise repeat cuts.

Ich möchte 15 Stück aufeinander liegende Memory Foam - Platten im Maß 28x58x1 cm um 1 Zentimeter in der Tiefe auf 27x58x1 cm kürzen. Ist der Schnitt so sauber, dass die 15 Platten einzeln zu entnehmen sind?
Wenn es sich um eine hochdichte Schaumstoffplatte handelt, kann unsere Schneidemaschine sie nicht schneiden.

ich verarbeite Styroporplatten mit Nut und Feder, sodass die Platte 102cm lang ist. Sie geben eine max. Schneidlänge von 100cm an. Bekomme ich meine längeren Platten auch noch mühelos geschnitten? Die meisten Anbieter geben eine Schnittlänge von 107cm an. Ich danke für eine Antwort. Schöne Grüße Hartmut Koller
