Very simple to assemble and the quality of carport is amazing. The first week it was installed we had a severe storm with golf ball sized hail and high winds. Not a single bit of damage to car or the carport.

This is the second 10x20 I have purchased, but first from this manufacturer. This has not only lasted through the AZ sun. We had a few crazy monsoons with lots of wind and it held up great. The windows add extra ventilation. Not a fan of the ties to roll the flaps up, but it hasnt affected its function-keeping things out of the elements. Its not meant to last forever which I get, but man are we getting our money's worth.
