Well the only problem that I have with the product is that I thought that it came with the plastic boxes that are shown in the pictures and it does not. The product will work for what we are doing with it. Read the everything before you purchase it..

The product was made faulty. It was missing a crutial weld, that left it impossible to completely assemble. VEVOR did offer a $20.00 credit but this doesnt really help as to have someone spot weld the shelf will cost $50 to $75.00 making the fix cost more than the product cost. I have bought many products from VEVOR directly or through other vendors and have been very happy with otber purchased but this item was not one of them.

Parts not manufactured correctly. After you spend all this time assembling it, they want you to destroy it and build another. Could not just send you the improperly made parts. Would not buy again. Worst product I've boughten from Vevor.

Never received this item. Have requested several times a refund or to resend the item I paid for. Since there is not real customer service to contact with on the phone. All correspondence has to be done by email. And they want pictures and videos. How do you send pictures and videos of items you have not received? I ordered 6 items on the same order. Spent almost $500 and received one item that came is unable to put together because it was missing parts. Asked for the item to be replaced or refunded. Finally got a refund. Do not recommend doing business with this company.
