I was a little hesitant at first ordering from an unknown company but in the end I am very glad that I did. This inverter was built much better than I thought it would be. I've been using this in my cargo trailer on a couple of red auto batteries to supply power for communications equipment and so far it's working out very well. The full sine wave is not absolutely 100% but is within acceptable specs and I am not worried about it burning out any computers or any of my com gear. The price point was excellent and my only complaint is as follows: It came with a number of fuses which indicates that they are expecting users to blow them out by drawing more than 3000 watts out of the inverter which only tells me that cheaper components have been utilized. The second thing is they added a battery operated remote control to turn the inverter on and off. As we all know remote controls can easily miss function, get lost, and require maintenance and batteries. The battery required for this is not common in the US meaning that we have to also stock up on extra parts as well as store secure and transport them. If they wanted a remote control they should have a mountable wired remote control. I will check in a couple months from now and let you all know how it's working out as this inverter is used on a daily basis.

Good unit for the price, what I don’t like is that it is advertised for 120 volt output, however it’s output is consistently 113.2 volts this is concerning.

Be aware that this company does not offer a telephone number to speak to customer service and the customer service they do offer through email exchange does not resolve your issue. In late May I bought a VEVOR Pure Sine Wave Inverter, 3000 Watt Power Inverter to back up my sump pump. When I unpacked it I noticed that it wasn't an auto switch unit and immediately contacted customer service to see how I could exchange this one for the correct one. The email chain through customer service keeps asking me for the same information, my order number and issue which I have provided seven times now. The last email I received they offered to reimburse me $81 for something I paid $240. This company does not want to hear from customers. I would not recommend buying from this website and company

bonjour , ça fait bientôt un an que j'ai pris ce onduleur 3000 W et il est déjà en panne je suis très déçu , il fonctionne et s'arrete tout seul pourtant tout est bien branché ??? on dirait qu'il se met en surchauffe , je l'ai démonté est tout les fusibles sont bon , je ne comprend pas !!!

Purchased this inverter to upgrade an existing solar installation. Worked well for 2 days. On the third day the LCD screen did not show any wattage being consumed when the lights and other electrical loads were active. I disconnected everything from the inverter. 2 days latter the batteries were dead ??? Obviously there is a problem with the Inverter. Contacted VEVOR . They responded with a service number and promise to get back to me. Two weeks latter still no response from VEVOR. I have reinstalled my old Inverter and everything is back to normal. Apparently VEVOR does not stand behind their products. I will not be purchased anything more from VEVOR.

Hello My inverter blew up and I have no idea why? I took it apart to see if a fuse was blown and it looks like a resistor blew.
