Items came partially broken the one we tried to put together it fell apart on the wall!!!! DO NOT BUY

Had good success with a prior order, ordered the 3 wall cabinet , when i went to put it together, the unit was damaged, with severe cracks in it. There is no phone number so you can speak with customer support. I emailed, chatted, sent pictures and finally had to dispute charge with credit card company. Finally received a refund to my card weeks later. If they dont improve the return experience and customer service, i cant recommend shopping with Vevor.

I posted a review. After submitted it. I realized vivor posted to the previous item. Two items in one order. Laundry cabinets got damaged. The shipping box were fine but the inside parts were broken. They issued refund to the wrong item. Issued the wrong amount. Waste so much time to deal with this nonsense. So straight forward but they are making it so pain. I even bought insurance. Supposed to be hassle free..not this case. Insurance is peace of mind lol peace of sh*t! Do not use vevor anymore. Something strange about the company. I have purchased quite abit from them through the years.

Instructions almost worthless. Hardly no English writing. Just pictures and voiceless video that goes so fast can’t follow. The hanging mechanism is flimsy and with no wooden backing can not even screw to wall like all cabinets used to be hung!! DO NOT BUY.

I received the cabinet and the package was fine but after opening the top and bottom where it had pre drilled holes was busted all the way across. Was going to try and return but it’s taking 7 days to get a response when it was supposed to be 48 hours. I trashed the sh** that was broke and made my own. So so much for saving a few bucks and a little time.
