I am trying to work out a problem through customer service,,,it is a slow go...my images are light on the top part of the product that I am pressing...husband checked to see if pressure plate was balance leaving us to believe the heating element is not performing correctly...this is sublimation pressing....latest message is that it will take 1 to 2 business days to get back to me. I've ruined a few products so far!

Not happy with this heat press. First it does not maintain constant temperature with timer, goes above set temp by 15 degrees. Second, manual said temp setting is SH but display has no SH only SP. Third, the display sticker keeps peeling off, very cheap.

The plates on the heat press do not completely close. I made a service order with you. It took days for someone to respond by email with no answer to my issue. I have managed a work around but this limits the size image I can press. I would try for assistance again but you don’t appear to be too keen to do so

Bad quality only work for 2 months

Don't buy only lasted 6 months. Blew out in the midst of a project.

The description lied. It does not go up to 570F, it only goes to 450F. This was not good because I was trying to use it for a application outside of t-shirts.

The press would be great for some of my 17 inch back designs but because of the orientation of the platform I can't line it up to save my life. I went back to doing split pressing with my 15x15 and this monstrosity is collecting dust in the corner until I can get rid of it.

I received my heat press in a timely matter-I love the way it looked, but it did not function properly. It way overheated - I had it set to 308 degrees and I tested it with a heat sensor gun and it was heating between 304 and 340 in different places. The temperature controller also clicked on and off constantly and it would not keep its temperature. I contacted costumer service and found out you can not call them directly, but can only send emails back and forth. They did email me back usually in 24 to 30 hours, but we emailed back and forth for about 3 weeks, before they finally said they would send me a new heat press. I just received the new heat press today - I will see how this one works.

UPDATED 10/5/2026 Barely a year later and an inner mechanism has melted. I am incredibly grateful it did not cause a fire. Their solution? "You are outside of warranty but as a goodwill faith gesture you can pay $94 for a new one" That is a laughable response and I don't think I would even feel comfortable using their press anymore anyways. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Original Review Love this heat press. There are a couple cold spots at the back but overall it’s a great press. Love the slide out feature and the blue color.

The press arrived fast and it was as described in the add. But it is not working. It worked for 2 weeks, but the press doesn't respect the target heat and keeps heating even after passing the temperature fixed on the board. Then, it just completely stopped heating at all. Also, the timer is not starting all the time when I lower the handle to press. Overall, it seems like the product I needed, but it as a quality problem and I just can't use it. Small note, that might have been a delivery accident, but a corner of the press outter shell was bended a little, like it was hit in transport* Simon
