On the day of use the product failed. VEVOR customer service is horrible, and it is impossible to receive a refund. After weeks of going back and forth I was only refunded a certain amount of the money I spent on the purchase and was given the option to have all my money refunded. I am so disappointed and will never buy anything from this company again.

Machine broke 4 months into purchase. It is under warranty yet no one is replacing it. They said they will send a new part. It’s been weeks of back and forth they keep saying they sent it then the next day say it has not been shipped. They refuse to give a refund as well. Beware and be careful before u purchase. They have no phone number and it is extremely hard to get through to them.

I purchased this heat press directly from the Vevor site because I’ve owned other Vevor machines and always found them to be reliable and high-quality. Unfortunately, this particular machine was a disappointment. It never reached the proper temperature, which made it unusable. I reached out to customer service multiple times, and while they were responsive and are now shipping me a replacement part so I can attempt the repair myself, the timing was very difficult. I purchased the press specifically for a large 100-shirt order that required front and back pressing, but since the machine failed, I had to rely on my smaller 10x10 press to complete the job. I had high expectations based on my past experience with Vevor, but this machine fell short. Hopefully, once the part arrives and I make the repair, it will perform as expected.

very bad heat press. I received and didn't work.

ordered first unit. It was faulty. Raised issue with the customer service. Needed a heat press fast so I ordered another one thinking it was a one off issue but the second heat press had the exact issue. The temperature cannot be adjusted or time the change. The MODE setting does not work

I purchased this heat press on June 6th. Received it on June 9th. Shipping was fast. On June 11th I unbox the press and went thru test presses. I notice the pressure was uneven even at the highest pressure. I used white shirts and the oil from the slide got on the shirt. Pressure and oil ok I can figure something out not a big issue. Well I also notice the temperature would drop about 17 degrees when pressing. I sent a message to Vevor to return the press because I am not happy on June 11th. Sent pictures of the statin on the shirts and video of the temperature dropping. They said it would take 24 to 48 hours for someone to get back to me. They just told me to wipe the oil away problem "solve" on June 14th. Didn't say anything about the temperature dropping. So I asked about it then they replied on June 15th saying since this requires multiple issue to wait patiently. about 19 hours later they said that it is normal after pressing. Sent a reply saying I would understand maybe 5 degrees but not 17. That is too big of a dip. I didn't get a reply back until June 16th. Saying to wait patiently about it. Now we are at June 17th with no resolution and no communication. At this point it is just a $150 paperweight. This has not been used since the 11th. I own 3 Vevor presses Hat, Tumbler, and now a shirt press. Didn't have any issues with the tumbler or Hat press.

This machine is only good for one month after that it won't turn on. I would not recommend it. I have purchased two and both stopped working after the month. There is no one you can talk to regarding this issue as there is no customer service. I have been in contact through chat for a month and the issue is still pending resolution. Do not purchase this machine.

The heat platen does not work correctly. It has uneven heating. The Top heat platen itself Does not come down evenly when you loosen or tighten the pressure. The pressure dial is very tight and to open the press you need to be superman. there is not a handle to hold the bottom platen when opening it and when you do open the press the top flings open the whole press jumps Customer service is terrible. I had contacted them with this issue, and they sent a video on how to turn the pressure dial. Not solving the problem. They then bargain money with you offering $30 for a refund. They will not take the defective machine back. They told me to find a heat press repair shop. I will never purchase vevor products again.
