Useless Without the Ice Maker That Never Arrived
I purchased this ice bin alongside an ice maker from VEVOR. Unfortunately, the ice maker was lost in transit or never actually shipped—customer service still can't tell me where it is after nearly two weeks. I've been given the runaround with multiple "wait 48 hours" responses, and every update has been initiated by me. Meanwhile, I'm left with this bin that serves no purpose without the ice maker it was meant to pair with. Customer service has offered no meaningful resolution beyond asking me to wait longer. If the ice maker had actually arrived, I'm sure this bin would have been fine. But the overall experience with VEVOR has been frustrating, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time. I cannot recommend ordering from this company.
