I would have given it 5 stars instead of 4 but the grease pans center should be a little taller! If you don’t keep after it,it will flow over very quickly! I found the gyro meat at the restaurant depot in 10 pound cones. They come as a case of 2! I used an electric carving knife to cut off the cone which worked perfectly!! This was a big hit at our family party! But one bit of advice!! When doing gyro cones cook them from frozen,do not thaw them out before you cook them! I highly recommend this.

bought this to make El Pastor, and Shawarma. Works excellent, but takes longer than you think. Very easy to clean. Perfect for home use.

Would like to thank the service team for their great support in solving the issue I had with this order. It was not my first order and will not be the last one.

I found the shawarma machine fun to use. Everything needed is included, other than a propane tank and a sharp knife. I marinated 6 lbs of chicken breasts using an online recipe. We made some delicious shawarmas that everyone enjoyed. I would have liked built in igniters. When you turn the gas valve, you get a loud click. I thought that was the igniter, but this machine needs a lighter to ignite the gas. The click threw me off! Also, a larger grease tray that would hold the cut meat would be handy. As it was, we had the put it on a plate on top of the machine which kept it hot, but tended to dry the cut meat out in short order. Good value in my opinion.

This is a very hot machine. Works well but the instructions could have been a bit more helpful. As expected the igniters are unreliable so I just used a classic 8" log lighter.

Electric motor stopped spinning during first use. Such a waste. Avoid

the look is great but the function is not and hard to use it, i can't move the grilling bar white slicing the meat, and i have to turn the machine off while cutting the meat and the heat too close to the hand while cutting.

Machine works as it should but to cook a 6lb chicken I ran machine for 14 hours then ended up throwing the chicken away still not done temp was set at 375-400 the entire time only recommend if you plan on eating the meal the following day better off to buy a name brand one

Unfortunately low setting is to low to cook anything and high burns it .....
