I'm extremely satisfied. It's a very good purchase, easy to use, safe. I have nothing to criticise at all. I have used it for several epoxy projects which all came out with no air bubble's due to the vacuum champer.

Bonjour, Mon ancienne pompe à vide a rendu l'âme et je l'ai remplacée par le Kit pompe à vide 12L.L'utilisation est très simple, la cuve en inox est robuste, le verre supérieur est d'une épaisseur impressionnante donc hyper résistante. Après un essai satisfaisant, je vais pouvoir utiliser cette pompe comme je veux, en revanche je ne sais pas combien de temps cette doit fonctionner sans interruption ? Bon produit rapport qualité prix sans commentaires. Cordialement

First time using this type equipment. Rated at 4 stars but have encountered no issues with the equipment yet. Used to stabilize wood and have stabilized four times since purchase. No issues with the operation at this time. Satisfied with purchase, shipping, and company. Would purchase again.

This has operated beyond expectations. I didn’t understand the lower ratings as I found this a very well made and easy to use product.

I used it for the first time today. PROS: * It was very easy to setup IF you don't use the included manual. Head to Youtube for instructions. *It worked. *Appears to be high quality. *Very quiet pump. CONS: *There were no instructions for adding the oil, assembling the pressure gauge, or snipping the plug on top of the gauge. *Oil container did not have enough oil to fill the pump. When I asked about it, I was told to go buy some #46 pump oil. I knew there wouldn't be enough after viewing several YouTube videos. I used it to degauss the epoxy resin before pouring it. It worked perfectly. There were no bubbles in the pour. I vacuumed three times, each time torching off the bubbles. On the third time, I added color, torched off the bubbles, and poured into the mold. I would give the manual and assembly instructions a ONE STAR, but that is not totally fair for the overall rating, because it does appear to be high quality and works well with little effort. I would recommend the chamber, just not the documentation.
