Customer service was excellent. Delivery was on time. Vacuum sealer is a little slower than what the video demonstrated but it works well and simple to use.

The item item receive but the external hose was not with this item. It was disappointing that the part was missing. The device works well and with more usage I am sure that it will do a great job. Shipping was good and arrived un damaged this item looks like it is well built

This vacuum sealer works better than the last one I purchased (another brand). I only give it 4 stars because it still leaves some sort pockets in the bag. It doesn't quite seal it completely. There other problem is the gentle setting cannot be used to seal bread. I but a loaf of rye bread and have to freeze party of the loaf so it doesn't get moldy before I can eat it all. The gentle setting crushed it. In the future, I'll need to seal it manually before it starts to crush it. All in all, it's a nice sealer for the price and has all the attributes of a quality sealer except for the above mentioned comments.

I have had Food Saver sealers for years and have used them daily. I wanted something that was stronger and sealed better. I am not sure if this fits the bill. The price was great. The shipping was awesome. the first item that I sealed was a roast that didn't really vacuum right the first time, so I did it again, maybe my fault. The second time really didn't impress me as to being sealed like the foods packed for the store. The sealing method on this is a double seal. I was hoping it would eliminate problems that I had before with other units but it seems to be doubly bad. If one doesn't seal properly, the second also does not seal. You have to wait one minute after sealing before you can use it again to avoid overheating. LISTEN TO IT. It melted the bag and made a bit of a mess on the strip. Still on the fence with this one.

took me couple tries to figure it out but once i did it was easy, does very good job of vacuuming and sealing food. love the onboard storage and cutting tool for bags..very happy with purchase and will reccomend to others

Fonctionnelle mais tres déçu de la puissance. Après plusieurs utilisations, je trouve que la machine ne fait pas complètement le vide.

Peut-être un bon appareil mais pas de notice en français je trouve ça regrettable

Pas encore testé je trouve dommage qu’on soit obligé de télécharger et imprimer la notice en français Sinon à première vue elle as l’air génial Dès que je la teste je referai un commentaire

Commande bien reçu en bon état , par contre inadmissible qu'il n'y ai pas de notice d'utilisation en Français pour un site qui veut faire de la vente en France ..😡
