Bought this at a fraction of of the cost and satisfied with it. The wrong manual was in the box and I wrote back to them and got a pdf version sent to me the following day. Also comes with a spare lamp

Gerät super und alles wie beschrieben aber was nicht gesagt wurde, war die Zollgebühren um mehr als die Hälfte des Produktes, und dazu von DHL verlangt, was noch gefährlicher ist, weil genau DHL wird oft genutzt für Phishing und Viren und schädliche Programme, darum habe ich NICHTS bezahlt bis einen Brief kam. Sehr mühsam

Ich habe diesen UV-Wasserfilter von Vevor gekauft. Der Hersteller gibt an, dass die UV-Lampe eine Lebensdauer von 8000 Stunden hat. Die Lampe selbst funktioniert zwar noch, aber leider ist das Vorschaltgerät (Ballast) vorher durchgebrannt und defekt. Sehr schade

Malgré un bon emballage, le tube quartz est cassé... J'ai contacté le sav, j'attends leur réponse et modifiera mon commentaire en fonction. A suivre...

Not sure the problem... UV bulb, pressure switch, or the ballast but quit working after 2 weeks. Have switched the bulb with the 2nd one so not likely that. Waiting on response from Vevor. Quality looks good though more instructions would be useful on installing. Plumbers tape and plumbers putty were the only additional parts used from what was supplied for a no leak install.

Worked great in two months and then the flow switch malfunction. Crappy water flow switch, only lasted two months and then it stopped working. Cleaned and checked the function bot it's not working. Apparently Vevor do not have spares and support when thing's fails.

Ordered this item on the 13th of May. Took longer to arrive than usual but that's not why I'm upset. The item was installed according to instructions, had to buy adapters to put into my system. Water had no problem flowing up to 2 gallons per minute before installation, 80 psi verified at the tap. Recently serviced pre-filter sections, few hundred gallons ago. When I hooked it up, I expected a bit of flow loss. But it took 45 minutes to fill a 2 gallon container. That was the first time. The next time the flow head reduced even further. The third and final time I attempted to use it it would have taken somewhere around 3 hours to fill the 2 gallon cony, maybe longer. Obviously something had disintegrated internally. I have now spent a week trying to get a return on this item, and customer service is still refusing to service me. Avoid this item like the plague. If I don't have a refund processing tomorrow I'm going to file a charge back. Regardless, vevor earns 1.5 stars on this experience. Don't waste your time with this junk
