Good quality. Strong . Not assembled. Not ready to use. The instructions are not too good. Setting up is kinda difficult. (Pain in the ass)

I purchased this block and tackle as part of a solution for loading elk into the back of my Polaris Ranger UTV. Works like a charm! High quality rope and low friction sheaves made quick work out of an otherwise back-wrenching challenge. I have total faith in this Block and Tackle.

Having recently lost my workshops and home to a major fire, I bought this to try and lower some salvageable stuff for recovery. Watching everything you own and have worked for your entire life was bad enough but dealing with ignorant corrupt building officials has been much worse, they will not let me on my own property and only want total destruction of all buildings, etc. even though nothing has collapsed or changed in the 2 1/2 months since the fire. They said I can pick through the rubble after everything has been bulldozed so needless to say it will be a long time before I can rebuild and I have nowhere to use or store anything where I am currently staying so I cannot do any reordering until such conditions change. J'utilise ce palan (double poulie) pour treuiller les arbres et branches coupés et aussi sécuriser les arbres qui vont être abattus. La corde est raide. Pas recommandé pour faire des nœuds et non plus pour l'escalade. Le produit paraît solide et le prix de 76€ est abordable. Donc, Acheté 2 jeux (4 poulies double et 2 cordes de 61m).

I bought this block and tackle to replace an older one that did not work properly anymore. I was very happy with the quality of the set. In use it did as well as any other block and tackle I have used. I bought the 200 foot rope. Overkill for my use by half (oh well). Rope sturdy and usable. However, it takes a good while to get the rope straightened out, as it comes tightly bound, and the rope remembers that being tightly bound. Takes straightening and stretching to get the rope lax. Would recommend to anyone who knows what they are doing!
