Kundenbewertungen für VEVOR Türdichtung Garagentor-Dichtungen 4,8 m, Gummi Dichtungsstreifen Schutz vor Luft, Feuchtigkeit & Staub, Türdichtung Tür-Dichtungsband Schwarz, nur für Rollläden anwendbar

Great Product!

It becomes very hard and doesn't seal properly in the cold weather. Installation was straightforward and I didn't have any issues. Hoping it will seal better when things warm up. Rubber is very stiff.

Rubber works well. The track needs some sort of interlock design to keep the 10 individual pieces lined up with each other.

The weather seals is excellent quality. Works really well.. the only things is when I order it at the time I did not see that they sell the seals alone without the track kits. I could have get it for half the price I got no use for the track. Now it.just sitting in my garage. What a shame.

I purchased 4 of these and had to dismantle my roll up doors to get to the bottom track. It turns out that I need 1/4" T-ends and these are 5/16ths. Trying to get a coherent response from customer service is difficult. They want me to send them a video of the issue, that I can easily describe in words and have done so three times! I want to exchange them for the correct T-end size or return them. On a positive note, they appear to be well constructed and will servce the purpose with the correct T-end size.

If I could give this company and my experience a zero rating, I would. I purchased this, waited almost a month for it, then when I didn't receive it, I traced the item to Orlando, Fl. I live in Los Angeles. The message on the tracker is "contact the seller" - apparently it was damaged during shipping. When I tried to contact Vevor, I talked to a virtual person who instead of offering a replacement and quickly ship it to me instead of waiting the 10 or so working days, they refunded me even though I didn't ask for the refund (yet). What is worse, is I repeatedly asked for a phone number to actually talk to someone and the virtual person kept telling me the "phones don't work". Don't buy from these folks.

Not so much product review but process. Ordered product but UPS does not deliver to acreage box and VEVOR has the most inept customer service I experienced. After no help to resolve the problem by a simple change of drop point to UPS it was returned to sender. When requested a refund I was given a partial that did not include the shipping insurance purchased. When asked about it I was told to contact the third party insurance myself even though VEVOR was the one accepting the payment. And now they asked for a product review! Very impressive VEVOR!

Have not received this item yet

Realized after a few weeks of order not arriving that it was being sent to the wrong address. The zip code used was not mine. Tried contacting through your web site and not being that computer literate, I found it very frustrating. If I could have called and spoke to a human, it would have been much easier. I took a refund and cancelled the order.

Does not fit my garage and customer service is piss poor can’t talk to any one stay away from this company
