Arrived on time and in perfect condition. It is working great so far. I filled the water pan, set the temperature to 34 and the humidity to 85 and it came up to the settings in less than an hour. I put four pork bellies that I am dry brining in it, and as of this morning the temp and humidity have remained constant. I am very impressed. For the price I was worried that it might be worrisome, but I was pleasantly surprised. Today I am going to get a couple of rib roasts and start them dry aging.

Is working good now after fine tuning, I would like to order another meat shelf. It came with 3 shelves but I would like to have another 1.

Super happy with it. Cured big batch of Spanish Fuet in it and came out great! Hold temp and humidity well. Sturdy and good looking and for this price it’s a steal!! Good job VEVOR!!

One star is honestly too generous. We purchased two dry-aging cabinets from VEVOR, and one of them could not maintain a safe temperature even when set to 34°F. The internal temperature stayed above 40°F for extended periods, and our city health inspector told us to remove the unit from service. We submitted a warranty claim almost a month ago, and during that entire time, VEVOR did not repair or replace the unit. They kept delaying the process, asking for more information, and repeatedly telling us the temperature fluctuation was “normal,” while we were left with equipment we could not use. For commercial restaurant equipment, this level of warranty service is unacceptable. Very disappointing product and extremely frustrating customer service. I would not recommend VEVOR for commercial refrigeration equipment. 얘ㅜㅒㅆ ㅠㅕㅛ 쏘ㅑㄴ ㅖ꺠옃ㅆ

Leaked right away, the drawer panel is made of would and expanded in then Doty and can’t be put back in place. Would not buy again

Horrible customer service. This machine will keep food at 40°-41° F. I have it set at 34° f to dry-age fish. Vevor has blame everything but the unit. They said it suppose to fluctuate a little. How is 34° to 41° a little? Then they said my thermometer is wrong. It’s a thermowork thermometer that reads others fine. I have been going back and forth for over a month for them to basically not take any responsibility. Don’t get me wrong, the unit cools, but it does not go to 34° as advertise. A class action lawsuit is needed to hold them accountable. To be honest, I think it is the thermostats that needs to be changed but nope they blame everything else and would not fix the problem. It’s a piece of junk since I can’t use it for the intended purpose. If you buy it, remember someone told you so! $2,000 down the drain. They lost a reliable customer.

Bought 2 of these for one of my restaurants and one showed up damaged and Vevor will not do anything about it. Nothing except BS stock chat center e-mails saying someone will contact but never did. Have spent tons of money @Vevor and used to think they were the best but turns out their products are far superior to their customer care and service. Still have a broken refrigerator right out of the box with no direction on how to get a non-damaged one. BEWARE

Absolutely does not keep to temperature. Called customer service. I been getting run around and nobody has contacted me me about the problems I have with this 1700.00 unit. Do not purchase this unit. Be warned. Keep sending me same email for weeks.
