I am a 69 year old woman and was able to easily install handrails in a very tricky spot going into my basement. The material is high quality and installing the railings was easy. I highly recommend this product.

We haven't installed it yet. Our insurance company is requiring us to have sturdy handrails to our outdoor steps. We have several buildings with steps and we have the house steps. We think these handrails are sturdy enough for daily use and to meet the insurance requirements. They were also a great price so we ordered several steps for all our steps. Thanks for a great price and great product. KP

Good quality easy to install looks great have recommend to a friend .Delivery on time, carefully packaged as not to get damaged in transit.

I did not want this product for outdoors, but it was ideal for what I needed. I wanted a rail to put around the opening in my loft, so that when I went into the loft, it would be safer as I wouldn't be in danger of accidentally slipping into the gap! Obviously, i had to buy the correct screws for going into wood and not stone, - which were the ones provided with the rails, but the actual product was great. Easy to fit and I am now more secure when I venture up there to try to sort out the 50 years of clutter which has accumulated! I would definately recommend.

My client is very happy with their new handrail. So pleased that his neighbor wants one too! As the installer, I only have one comment to make. A rotary hammer bit is enclosed with the handrail for drilling into concrete. Unfortunately China (where the handrail is made) must have a different style of rotary hammer, so the enclosed bit does not fit in a standard USA rotary hammer. This isn't much of an issue because anyone who regularly uses a rotary hammer already has a multitude of bits in his collection...

One of the bases was misaligned with the cap. Came with a drill bit, but it wasn't a standard STS bit and didn't fit in any of my US tools. Luckily I already had the right one. The rail should extend beyond the posts just a bit more or have multiple options for mounting the legs. In my setup it ended up a bit short on one end and longer on the other, but no way to move it because of the stairs and no adjustment options.

These handrails are great. I have steep steps and it was difficult to find rails that fit them properly. These are extremely adjustable, sturdy, and they look good.

These were pretty easy install. Great price too. Good quality. Pretty fast shipping to my front steps.
