The boxes arrived a bit beat up and damaged (they are quite large). I was pleasantly surprised that the product and contents arrived unscathed. Assembly and installation was straightforward enough. However, the flanges at the base of the posts were not square with the posts, making installation very challenging. I was able to square them up, and they came out great.

Done the as required nice finish , very easy to use. Would buy and use them again, Over all realy good value for your money, and delivery was quite good as well.

Very good product for my application. Good price and delivery was very quick. VERY disappointed in literature, dimensions and technical support. Dimensions don't add up, two views of same component and two different dimensions. Chat and technical help was clueless-never did provide the right information and when delivered the product was different than shown. This caused me to modify some of the posts. Fortunately I have tools and knowledge, but it still a pain. Packaging was excellent with bands, Styrofoam and the correct number of parts, screws and wrenches.

ras facile a monter merci .....................................................................................................................................................................................

Cheap, low quality far-eastern manufacture. Tolerances all over the place. I needed to squeeze some of the parts to fit the screws through. But does the job, and the final handrail is sturdy, stable and looks smart, and didn't cost much.

We have installed 2 of these handrails easy to put together However not package very well parts damaged scratches had to get another set Bolts rusted within a few months Had to buy some stainless steel bolts and nuts more work This year I purchased another set more s/s bolts $30 Jacques 😟
