When the surface is harder and uneven these tracks work great. These are not solid like most you see advertised, they roll up nicely and pack well. They do not have the grippy surface of the thicker traction boards and will not give you the same floatation as the solid traction boards. I have used these on ice, in snow, and in the sand they don't have the float to keep you on top and get you out but they do give you a grip to get you moving which is what you want.

The boards store easily and compactly under a truck seat with the included covers. Use These work well and are very easy to use beause they will fit your wheels are already in a rut where a flat board won't fit. The cable ties can also be tied to another vehicle to keep them from slipping if you are in very soft ground. Final thoughts. These are great traction boards that are easy to use and compact. I recommend them!

On our land out in the country, we have a private road with two entrances from the highway. Much of the road is gravel, some areas aren't. If we get a few days of rain, sometimes the road can be harder to navigate for some vehicles. If someone gets stuck, it's time to crank up the tractor, and pull it out. Catch is, there are definitely parts of our land where it's impractical to try to use the tractor to get someone unstuck (as the tractor's wheels can't always find good purchase on muddy land itself). The first vehicle we tested this out on? Believe it or not, an Amazon delivery truck. They were backing out from one of our family homes on our land, and didn't realize that what they assumed was just a puddle was actually a ditch. So they got stuck, and in such a position that it was going to be a problem to one of our tractors to get them unstuck. They originally tried using pieces of cardboard to try to get a grip with their tires, but that didn't work. Yet the very same traction boards they delivered, just so happen to also deliver on the first try. Because with these roll-up ones, you're not limited to having to put the traction board (a rigid one) in a specific position. You've got more flexibility with how you position the adjustable ones. Worked out beautifully, and I'm so glad that we have a set to use in the future. One other note - it's a Vevor product. We've been using Vevor products for years. So far, none of them have let us down. I swear this brand makes a little bit of everything. But whatever they've made that we've ordered in the past, has always been high-quality.

A couple times a year, once of us will get stuck in either the ice or slop from super-saturated ground. I'm relieved to have some proper traction mats to get us out fast and with minimal cussing. These seem tough, and well made, and are long enough to get us out of trouble. I like that they roll up easily for storage and have handled wraps to keep them tidy and totable.  The heavy treads are strung together with steel cables, and they're easy to roll up into their original shape so the velcro-closed wrap is easy to get back on. I chose the roll-up version because they seemed the most compact for storage.
