the mat was a good size for a portable workout mat indoors. i recommend it for yoga instructors and for people who like to use the floor a lot.

I was looking for a good quality mat that wouldn’t break the bank, and this one fits the bill. So far, so good—the mat lays flat and doesn’t move around. I did notice that if you leave something heavy on it, it leaves a dent, but it eventually bounces back. I just try to be mindful not to leave weights on it after my workout.

everything i expected it to be

I feel like I can focus more on my workout because the mat aids me in my foot exercises.

I am using this on the concrete floor of my garage for a home gym and it is holding up very well after 3 months of almost daily use. Thick enough to do floor work comfortably but not too squishy. Anything heavy left on it for a while leaves a smashed spot but it rebounds completely in pretty short time. Definitely recommend for home gym or yoga.

I bought this for a shed floor to cover a concrete slab. It's perfect for that, and the garage floor type of mats were more expensive and weren't right for sweeping.

Mata jest super pod każdym wzgledem

Je suis très contente de mon achat. Le tapis est grand, agréable aux pieds, et semble de bonne qualité. Envoi rapide et soigné. Je recommande.

tres bon tapis de bonne qualité

Worth every penny nice and easy shipping and the mats are great just thick enough to add cushion but not to thick to where it sucks to move around very durable and worth the money fast easy shipping with every penny
