I received it on August 03, 2026. The package was open and without some parts. I send my claim with some photos, and the answers are not for solving the problem, only extension of time. I was trying to return the freezer and have my money back, but nobody knows how can I do that. I'm very disappointed with the service.

Après quelques jours la glacière est tombée en panne avec un code erreur E3. Le même modele m’a été expédié en remplacement mais après deux semaines le même problème est apparu !!! Qualité plus que médiocre , à fuir !!!

Colis reçu rapidement, jusque-là tout va bien. Par contre la glacière est arrivée incomplète. Impossible donc de l'utiliser sans son cordon d'alimentation, ni même de notice d'utilisation. Ce n'est pas très sérieux de leur part. De plus la qualité du produit en lui même laisse clairement à désirer . Ayant déjà commandé des produits Vevor par le passé, j'ai l'impression que ça s'est dégradé entre temps. Je ne commanderai plus

this product has not worked since receiving it, and vevor customer services non existent at best and actual scamming criminals at worst. they won't exchange or refund, after weeks of trying I have up and settled for a partial refund of about 25% of what I paid. stay away from vevor at all costs, this is by far the worst retail company I have ever engaged with, their products are defective and garbage and their refusal to provide even basic customer service of any kind is alarming.

I still have not recieved a response about replacing this 15L car cooler. The chat bot reminds me every day that it will close out my ticket and I continuously have to log in and include screen shots and pictures of the defective item. Poorest customer service and I have ordered quite a bit from Vevor so now I a rethinking future purchases
