Unfortunately, my portable refrigerator came faulty. I did reach to support and they have me doing a few test…but not to avail. the issue was that it was cooling enough and freezing enough despite being set at the right temperature…at then i had to dropped down temperature very low for specially for the fresh side. Now, i have to return it, find a box since they don’t provide any and purchase it again as support instructed me to do…a bit disappointing since other companies offer exchange services and the needed boxes to return something like this…

Works pretty well but the top of the compartment isn't as cool as the bottom. I have to turn the temperature real low to get the top to freeze.

The fridge is working very well. The compressor is very good, cooling or freezing are working perfectly, the bluetooth connection is instant and works flawlessly. However, there are 2 important draw-backs. One is the interior space configuration, with the compressor mounted at the top and the storage under the compressor is very hard to acces and use. The other is that the insulation in the walls does not seem to be very efficient, because if you cut the power, the temperature riseses very fast inside (from 4 deg. to 15 deg. in 30 min).

So I bought this equipment. Plugged it in no power. Nothing happened, so I contacted customer support. Which was fairly quick told me they would send out a spare part to try to fix it. So I had it for about a week with not being able to use it. After the back and forth for them, quite a while they decided to refund me a $100 after I found the issue after further. Inspection found a wire that was not connected when I got that wire connected unit powered on!!! But after the fact, everything got hooked, up thing works great. So I suggest if anybody has the same issue.Check your power wires, or whatever wires connect underneath the unit itself.. A cap base cold for my daughter's snow cone machine. It works perfect in hot weather. I own a twenty nineteen chrysler pacifica.I left it plugged in all night.And it kept everything cold!!

Cde arrivée correctement en bonne état, mais je n arrive pas à faire fonctionner la glacière avec le bluetooth impossible de télécharger l application et impossible de contacter le sav pour me dépanner je suis très déçu

Je viens de recevoir ma glacière VEVOR FC 040.Il est inadmissible que la notice jointe soit en anglais. La loi Toubon N°94-6645 du 4 août 1994 est une loi destinée à protéger la langue française. Il n'y a rien de plus irritant que de ne pouvoir faire fonctionner correctement cette glacière sans un mode d'emploi en Français. Ici nous sommes en France et les fabricants internationaux devraient s'en souvenir. En conséquence, merci de me renvoyer la notice en Français. Sans réponse de votre part avant le 5 septembre 2026 minuit , je me verrai dans l'obligation de saisir la DGCCRF (Direction générale de la concurrence, de la consommation et de la répression des fraudes) ainsi que la revue que choisir dont je suis abonné Je vous remercie de votre compréhension.
